Cancellation & Rebooking Policy
At Polish, we value your time — and ask that you value ours too. To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged unless the following applies:
Cancellations & Reschedules We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
No-Shows Appointments missed without any notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full fee to the card on file.
